These Terms & Conditions apply to the 99ab platform (99ab.bar) and applies to all users of its services. This is a legally binding agreement between you and 99ab. 99ab provides online gaming services for Bangladeshi players, including slots, fish games, bingo, and much more.

Each person may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device will result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

All 99ab services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

99ab may request identity documents for age verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.

Deposits on 99ab can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is just BDT 10. The maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and can be viewed on your profile page.

Important information about deposits:

• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within seconds
• Send only from a mobile banking account registered in your name
• Deposits sent from a third party's number may be rejected
• A verification process may be initiated for suspicious transactions

99ab does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own service charges in accordance with their policies.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from 99ab. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. This is in place for your own security.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 100
• Maximum single withdrawal: varies by profile level
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings from a bonus
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number

99ab reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

General bonus rules:

• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled

• Game outcomes are never predetermined
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded

• If a technical issue results in a loss, 99ab will investigate and make a final determination

Any of the following activities constitute a direct violation of 99ab's terms and conditions and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person (multi-accounting)
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or any third-party programs
• Intentionally exploiting any game bug or vulnerability
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour toward other users
• Attempting to cyberattack or hack the platform

99ab reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false or inaccurate information
• Failure to Verify Age
• Long-Inactive Account (Over 12 Months)
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity

You may also request to close your account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered mobile banking number.
